Flat Rate Shipping:

We do flat rate shipping to make life easier. But what is flat rate shipping? Flat rate shipping is a set price for shipping regardless of weight and size of your order. Below are some of our shipping prices and details:

UK

  • Flat Rate Standard Shipping (2-3 business days)¹ * - £3.99 (under £20)

  • Flat Rate Express Shipping (1-2 business days)¹ * - £5.80

  • FREE SHIPPING (2nd Class 2-3 business days)¹ * - On orders over £30!

  • If you would like a quicker delivery and your order is over £30 you can upgrade to UK Express Shipping for only £5!*

    * These service does not come with tracking. Tracking is only available for orders over £50. Please note, tracking information will be sent to you in a separate email notification.

    Europe (SUSPENDED)

    • Flat Rate Tracked Shipping (2 - 3 weeks)¹ - £14.99

    Rest of the World (SUSPENDED)

    • Flat Rate Tracked Shipping (2 - 3 weeks)¹ - £39.99

        When will my order be shipped?

        Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days approx.*

        ¹ This may be longer during events, conventions, bank holidays and holidays. Please also note that bank holidays and weekends does not count as a business day but your order may arrive on a Saturday (if you are based in the UK).

        *Due to COVID-19, the Royal Mail has announced that there will be limited services for postal deliveries this may cause additional delays in shipping and receiving your order. We are doing our best and thank you for your understanding.

         

        Estimated Shipping Times - UK Customers:

        Items will usually be shipped using Royal Mail but if your parcel is substantial in weight we may use a courier service.

        With any type of shipping, there is no guarantee whether your order might get lost or missing during transit. We can send you a copy of the postage receipt as proof of delivery upon request.

        It is very rare that a parcel ever goes missing. Please allow up to 10 working days (excluding weekends) for delivery - this is the timescale the carrier allows before the item is considered lost. If 10 working days has passed, please contact us and we will make a claim on your behalf. 

        Please make sure your address is correct as we do not give a refund for an incorrect address.

        Items will be shipping using Royal Mail (Air Mail) but if your parcel is substantial in weight we may split your order into separate boxes or we may use a courier service.

        With any type of shipping, there is no guarantee whether your order might get lost or missing during transit. We can send you a copy of the postage receipt as a proof delivery upon request.

        It is very rare that a parcel ever goes missing. Please allow up to 25 working days (excluding weekends) for delivery (as sometimes items get held in customs) - this is the timescale the carrier allows before the item is considered lost. If 25 working days have passed, please contact us and we will make a claim on your behalf. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

        Please make sure your address is correct as we do not give a refund for an incorrect address. In addition, we only accept PO box addresses for customers based in Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. 

         

        Customs and Duties
        UK customers:

        We ship from the UK so our UK customers don't have to pay import taxes or handling fees!

        Non-UK customers:

        Shipments may incur customs fees, duties, VAT fees, processing fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties and VAT that may apply. These duties are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer in each country. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
